Cooking Recommendation
Barley vermicelli can be prepared as pasta, in a bulgur-style dish, or made into soup with bone broth. To cook plain vermicelli, add enough boiling water to cover 1-2 cm above 1 teacup of vermicelli. Cook with 1 teaspoon of butter over low heat until the water is absorbed. This method helps to prevent vitamin loss.
